All other orders will be sent 24-48 hours after receiving. Exception for 4th of July holiday: orders received after July 3rd, 2024 will be mailed on Tuesday, July 9th.
Orders placed on Friday will be sent out Monday. You will receive an email when order is sent and you will be able to track delivery. If you need delivery by a specific date UPS is more reliable than USPS.
Online purchases can be returned (in original condition) and refunded purchase price (less shipping), if sent back within 2 weeks of receiving. Jewelry purchased in person at art or trunk shows may be EXCHANGED (or price applied) for another item if sent back within 2 weeks of purchase.
Your item is fragile. To insure item is returned to me in good condition, use the same box it was delivered in (or similar) and include bubble or peanuts for protection. Items broken due to insufficent packing will not be refunded. Consider adding insurance to provide coverage for loss or damage in the mail.
I am very concerned with the quality of my work. Please don't hesitate to call or email me with any repair concerns. If a repair is needed due to breakage caused by the customer (dropping or handling un-gently), a charge for time, materials and return shipping will be incurred. If there is a problem due to my craftsmanship or quality, I will repair at no charge and reimburse shipping damaged item to me for repair. Contact me prior to sending any repairs to me.
