shipping /returns
Covid-19 work precautions:
Dear customers, I hope you are all weathering this storm with big faith and are in good health.
Please rest assured that any work I am doing, equipment, tools, boxes, packing supplies, are sanitized on a daily basis. Before shipping to you I will prep your purchase with either ultraviolet light or with disinfectant wipes.
I am and will continue safe distancing, hand washing and social isolation for as long as necessary.

SHIPPING:
Orders will be shipped 24-48 hours after receiving order (usually sooner). Orders received after July 4th will be mailed the following Tuesday, July 9th. If you need delivery by a specific date UPS is more reliable.

Please notify me about any damages due to shipping when you receive the package. If you chose to insure your shipping, you will be able to get a refund. If you were sent the wrong product, or there is a defect in the item you received, I will reimburse you for return shipping and send you the correct or new item after I receive your return. If possible, use the same box and filling materials for any returns.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE:
Online purchases may be returned and refunded (less shipping cost), if returned to me in good condition within 2 weeks of receiving. Exchange only allowed for jewelry purchased in person at shows within 2 weeks of purchase. Items for refund or exchange must be received undamaged. If possible, use the same shipping box and filling materials for any returns. Contact Evette before mailing.

REPAIRS:
I am very concerned with the quality of my work. Please don't hesitate to call or email me with any repair concerns. If a repair is needed due to breakage caused by the customer, a charge for time, materials and shipping will be incurred. If there is a problem due to my craftsmanship or quality, I will repair at no charge and reimburse your cost to ship to me for repair. Please do not mail items to me without contacting me first.
